The Talent Harvest Festival takes place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Talent City Hall, 110 E Main St., Talent, OR 97540. The event offers timed running options on measured courses that use local streets and nearby terrain.
Distances
- 5k: out-and-back with gradual inclines and declines
- 10k: follows the 5k start and then continues on a hillier course with views
At the start, participants are escorted through the course by local police officers. Registration options and fees are listed with separate rates for SOR members and non-members: 5k registration is $15 for SOR members and $20 for non-members; 10k registration is $20 for SOR members and $25 for non-members. Youth aged 18 and under are eligible to run for free. Early registration ends at noon on Friday, October 3; late and day-of entries are higher.
Packet pick-up and same-day registration occur on race day from 7:00 am to 7:50 am. Proceeds benefit SOR's Shoes for Student Runners Program. The first 200 finishers receive a COOL towel. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
