Frostbite Run - Overview
The Frostbite Run is scheduled for Saturday, February 14, in Talent, Oregon. The event starts and finishes at Talent Middle School, 102 Christian Ave; the start/finish is in the bus loop off Foss Road and parking is off Christian Ave. Registration opens January 1, 2026. Distances offered:

Course details
The 10K is a loop course beginning at Talent Middle School. Runners head onto Foss Road, proceed to Adams (about 1.5 miles) where there is an aid station, then follow Adams as it becomes Anderson Creek Road toward Wagner Creek Road (about 0.7 mile). The route includes Allen Lane, a short hill to Morey Road, a 1.3 mile stretch on Wagner Creek Road, 0.4 miles on Beeson Lane, Tarry Lane, and a return on Foss Road to the start. The course is all paved and described as more rolling with additional climbing compared to previous years.
The 5K is an out-and-back from the same start/finish. Runners go out Foss Road to the Adams and Foss intersection, turn left to the aid station, then return to the start.
Both courses are on open public roads, include some blind turns, and are not closed to traffic. Headphones are not encouraged.
Fees and restrictions
Standard registration is $25 for each distance for non-club members; club members pay $20. Youth 18 and under may enter for free. Membership options and fees are available for savings. Prohibited items and activities include rollerskaters, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, dogs, headphones, and unregistered participants.
