Event Overview
The Tails & Tatas Breast Cancer Awareness 5k Run/Walk is a charity event supporting breast cancer awareness. It is held in partnership with Swope Family of Dealerships. The event offers a hybrid format, allowing participants to join in person or virtually. All funds from the event go to the Baptist Health Foundation Hardin.

Course & Activities
The in-person, dog-friendly event starts and finishes at the Swope Toyota dealership in Elizabethtown. The course goes through Freeman Lake Park. A costume contest for dogs is held 30 minutes before the run/walk begins. Categories are cutest dog, best costume, and dog/owner look-a-like.
Awards & Recognition
For the 5K, awards are given to the top three overall male and female runners. For the 1-mile fun run, awards are given for first, second, and third place male and female runners. All other participants in the 1-mile run receive a medal.
Additional Information
Packet pickup is available on multiple days before the event at Pet Supplies Plus and Swope Toyota in Elizabethtown. Race-day packet pickup is also available at Swope Toyota. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
