Event
Tahoe Trail is scheduled for July 17-19, 2026 in Truckee, California. The event features both mountain biking and trail running with multiple distance options across each discipline. The host site is Northstar California, where an on-site Expo will be held. The program also includes rides and runs for children and routes that offer views of Lake Tahoe. The event is produced by Life Time.
Registration and qualification
Life Time members have an early registration window after six months of Club-Access membership. Life Time member registration opens January 2, 2026; general registration opens January 9, 2026. The membership early-access benefit grants entry one week before public registration or guaranteed registration in lotteries, with an exception for Leadville Trail 100 events.
Athletes who compete in certain distances may qualify for the Leadville Race Series entry. Qualifying distances include:
- 100K MTB
- 50K Run
Participants in those distances are eligible to gain entry into the Life Time Leadville Trail 100 MTB or the Life Time Leadville Trail 100 Run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
