Tahoe Ability Program Inclusion Fusion 5K
Tahoe Ability Program presents an all-abilities 5K and community celebration on Saturday 09/26/2026 in Truckee, California. The event is centered on movement, inclusion, and local connection, using the Legacy Trail for the course and the Truckee Regional Park Upper Lawn for the post-course community area.
The course is an accessible out-and-back route with an alternative shorter section of about one mile. The gathering on the park lawn includes live music, food trucks, a beer garden featuring local brews, and community tabling with regional organizations and health resources. Local law enforcement agencies will partner with participants by pairing officers and participants as running partners or honorary coaches along the route.
Proceeds support Tahoe Ability Program’s mission to promote inclusion, independence, and advancement for people with disabilities within the community. The format accommodates running, walking, and rolling, and the event combines on-course participation with a separate community area for social activities after the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
