Tahoe Ability Program Inclusion Fusion 5K
Tahoe Ability Program Inclusion Fusion 5K is an all-abilities community event on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Truckee, California. The course runs along the Legacy Trail and the event area includes the Truckee Regional Park Upper Lawn.
The event supports movement and community connection and offers options for participants who run, walk, or use adaptive devices. The course format includes an out and back 5K with a shorter option of about one mile. Participants pick up bibs and race swag before the race.
Distances:
- 5K out and back on the Legacy Trail
- 1 mile shorter section on the same corridor
After the trail portion there is a lawn gathering with live music and food and drink options. Food will be available from local vendors including Olympicos Tacos, and a beer garden will feature local breweries such as Truckee Brewing Company and Alibi Ale Works. Community tabling will connect attendees with local organizations, health resources, and regional partners.
All proceeds support the Tahoe Ability Program mission to create inclusion, independence, and advancement for people with disabilities in the local community. The event centers accessibility and community engagement. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
