The course profile is described as undulating. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs. Prizes are awarded to the first, second and third placed male and female finishers, and to first place in male and female veteran age groups 40+, 50+, 60+ and 70+.

Facilities and entry

On-course and venue facilities include water stations, toilets, changing facilities and showers. There are no distance markers and no baggage store. Entry fees are listed as £55.00 for the sprint and £80.00 for a team relay. Entry closes on Friday 1 May at 10:00 and there is no entry on the day. Competitors must be at least 17 years old by 31/12/2026 and must hold a British Triathlon race licence or purchase a single-use Race Pass.
