SYKR Monday Miles - Brighton
SYKR Run Club hosts a social 7.5k run along the Brighton seafront at an easy pace of approximately 7:00 min/km. The route runs down to Hove Lagoon and finishes at the Fortune Of War. The session typically lasts one hour and is described as an easy, social run for people building running, training for a race, or seeking easy miles with others.
All abilities are welcome and the organiser states no one is left behind. Four legged friends are welcomed. The event is free to join; places are available by reservation.
