Event Overview

The Sweetheart Strut is a timed 5K event with a separate 1 mile fun run/walk. The events support The Humane Society of Dickson County, an organization that adopts out approximately 1500 homeless animals annually and provides veterinary care, shelter, and community education.

The event takes place at Montgomery Bell State Park, specifically at the swimming and boat parking area on 1030 Jackson Hill Road in Burns, Tennessee.

Other Details

The standard registration fee is $40.00 plus a transaction fee of $3.40, which includes participation and a t-shirt for those registered by a specified date. Day-of-race registration is available for $45.00. Every participant receives a medal. Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome to run with human participants. The Humane Society will have an on-site tent showcasing adoptable pets.
