Event Overview
The Bell Ringer Trail Run takes place on December 12, 2026, at Montgomery Bell State Park in Burns, Tennessee. The event has been held since 2014.
Distances
The event offers three trail running distances:
- 50K
- 25K
- 15K
Course and Terrain
The course uses a network of trails within the state park. It contains multiple uphill and downhill sections and the terrain is described as of moderate difficulty. The 15k route does not include the mountain bike trail section. The event is a cupless race; participants must bring their own water bottle or hydration pack.
Aid and Logistics
Aid stations are located approximately every 5-6 miles along the courses, providing water and snacks. Drop bags are permitted for transport to a designated aid station. All finishers receive a medal, and awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance. A post-race lunch is available for purchase.
Beneficiary
