Sweet T TRFF 5k

Sweet T TRFF 5k is a family-friendly running event at Move Church in Lake Ridge, Virginia, organized by Bishops Events. The 11th annual Family Fun Event offers a timed 5K plus kid-friendly options including a 400-meter dash, a 1/2 mile fun run, and a 1-mile walk, with walkers and strollers welcome in the shorter events. The race supports the Teressa Rosalind French Foundation.
