The Diggs Run

The Diggs Run: 5K Race & Health Fair is a community-focused event held at Fort Washington Park, Fort Washington, Maryland, along the Potomac. It features a 5K race suitable for all levels, followed by an immersive Health Fair with local health resources, fitness demonstrations, screenings, and wellness talks.
