Sweat Bar Fitness Withrow Memorial 5K and 1 Mile Family Fun Walk
The event in Oakdale, PA, includes a memorial 5K and a 1 mile family fun walk/run. It starts and finishes at Helicon Brewing, located at 102 Union Avenue. All donations collected for the event are directed to the family of the person being honored.

The 5K is a true out-and-back route on the Panhandle Trail that sends runners 1.55 miles toward McDonald before turning for the return. The trail becomes paved at the 0.8-mile mark. The final half mile of the course is dedicated in memory of a local child; a sign marks the half-mile-to-go point.
This race features a PR Bell and PR award: finishers who record their fastest-ever 5K at this event receive a PR pin and may ring the bell. First-time 5K participants also receive a pin. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three finishers in each age group (0–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+), with custom age group pins.
