2026 Survivors' Challenge
The 2026 Survivors' Challenge is a community running and walking event scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This year marks the 35th anniversary of the event, with activities held at Ben Geren Regional Park. The proceedings from the event support the Donald W. Reynolds Cancer Support House, providing programs and services to cancer patients and their families.
Participants can choose from several event categories:
- Quarter Marathon
- 5K Run/Walk
- Celebration Walk (open to ages 3-100)
- Ainsley’s Rider
- Supporting Spectator
Registration for the event is available online and remains open until midnight on Friday, May 29, 2026. There is no registration available on the day of the race. Those who complete their registration by May 24th are guaranteed an event T-shirt at packet pick-up.
A packet pick-up service is organized for both the week preceding the race and on the morning of the event. The course is located at 7200 South Zero Street, and participants have access to course maps through the event's online resources. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
