BayPort Surf N Santa 5 Miler - Virginia Beach, December 12, 2026
The BayPort Credit Union Surf N Santa 5 Miler presented by Sentara is an evening road event that runs through the Virginia Beach oceanfront at twilight and finishes inside the Virginia Beach Convention Center. The event includes a shorter community run and on-site packet pickup at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.

The course is described as flat and fast. Water stops are provided approximately every 2 miles. A gingerbread stop is placed on course, and port-a-potties are available at the start and finish and adjacent to every water stop.
All 5 Miler participants will receive a participant shirt and a finisher medal; the finishers’ medal is a unique bottle opener design. Participant swag is listed as TBA. The event includes a post-race celebration with live music, beer, and food. The event materials reference a Team Naughty or Team Nice theme for participants.
