Superhero Glow Run
The Superhero Glow Run takes place at The OC in Forney, Texas. This evening event focuses on a illuminated theme where participants use glow items to light up the course. The event consists of two main distances:
- 5 km
- 1 mile
The 5 km race is a timed event, and awards in the form of rings are provided to the top three male and female finishers across various age categories, ranging from under 9 to over 60. Participants have the option to join as individuals or as part of a team. For those who wish to support the event without participating in the run, an "Early Sleeper" registration option is available.
All registered runners receive a race shirt and glow items. T-shirt sizes and availability are guaranteed for those who complete their registration by April 15. Participants who register after this date receive shirts based on availability.
Pre-race packet pickup is held at The OC on the Friday before the event. During pickup, runners receive their bib, race shirt, and a course map. On the night of the event, onsite activities include a photographer for participant pictures and smoothies provided by event sponsors.
