The Superhero 5K is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, at The Avenue Viera, 2261 Town Center Ave., Melbourne, FL 32940. The event is hosted by Friends of Children of Brevard, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and raises funds to support abused, abandoned, and neglected foster children in Brevard County. Packet pickup and registration are available the day before at Running Zone (3696 N. Wickham Rd., Melbourne) and on race day at The Avenue. Awards are given for top overall finishers, masters (40+), and age-group placings for both the 5K and 1 Mile. Team awards include fastest teams and school participation categories. All participants receive a Superhero finisher medal. The event is rain or shine with no refunds.
