Event overview
The Super Half Marathon™ & Game Day 5K™ Presented by Toyota takes place in Colorado Springs on Sunday, February 8, 2026. The event is the 14th edition and benefits the Pikes Peak Road Runners, which is marking 50 years of activity in the Pikes Peak Region. The race offers two distances:
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles
- 5K - 3.13 miles
Participants receive a medal/bottle opener at the finish; half marathon finishers also receive a commemorative pint glass. For an extra fee, a long-sleeved tech shirt is available in men's and women's sizing. Pikes Peak Road Runners and Southern Colorado Runners Club members are eligible for discounted entry fees.
Course and logistics
Both events use out-and-back routes that use the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail and finish at America the Beautiful Park. The half marathon starts on Colorado Ave., just west of Tejon St., and turns around about 6.8 miles from the start. The 5K starts on Colorado Ave. near Tejon St., follows the Greenway Trail, and has its turnaround just south of Uintah St. Course notes: the half has a slight elevation gain on the way out; the 5K is mostly flat. There are aid stations and porta potties on course: four aid stations on the main course (each passed twice) and one aid station on the 5K (passed twice). Results are chip timed; overall top finishers are scored by gun time while age-group and master awards use chip time. Post-race awards and a celebration are held at Jack Quinn's Irish Pub.
