Event Details
The 16th Annual Super Couch Potato 5K offers a live 5K race on February 8th and a Virtual 5K that can be completed anytime between February 7th and 9th. The live event starts at 11:00 AM EST.
Location
The race takes place on Onondaga Lake Parkway in Syracuse, New York. The specific start location is the East Shore Recreation Trail at Onondaga Lake Park.
Course and Theme
The course is described as flat. The event has a football theme, encouraging participants to wear apparel supporting their favorite team for photos. The event is limited to 500 registrants for the live race.
Registration and Cost
Registration includes entry, a custom giveaway item, and entry into a raffle. The base price for the live 5K is $35, with a note that the price increases on February 1st. Registration swag is only guaranteed for the first 500 registrants.
Post-Race Activities
Post-race activities are held at Cobblestone Ale House in Liverpool, which offers homemade soup and other refreshments. The same location is used for pre-race meetups.

Packet pickup is offered at two locations and times, with a note that the information is subject to change. One option is at Fleet Feet Syracuse on February 7th from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
