Summer's End 5K Boca Raton
The inaugural Summer's End 5K takes place in Boca Raton at 1000 Spanish River Blvd., FL 33431. The event uses a certified course and Accuchip timing.
The program includes two events:
- 5K
- 100 yards kid's dash
Registration details in the announcement show registration opening on July 30, 2026 and closing on September 6, 2026. The registration fee listed for the 5K is $40.00 and the kid's dash is free.
Awards are planned for the top three overall men and women, a masters category, and in five-year age groups from 10 and under through 70 and over. The first 500 registered runners are scheduled to receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal. Packet pickup runs from Saturday, August 29 through Saturday, September 5, ending at noon, and packets may also be picked up on race day.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Runner's Edge Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes fitness through running or walking events for people of all ages and abilities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
