Details
Both the 10K and 5K have a listed entry fee of $40. Registration shows available spots (10K: 600 spots; 5K: 598 spots) and a scheduled price increase after February 28, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. Events are open to ages 6 through 99.
Participants receive a race day t-shirt, access to a course with fully stocked aid stations, and a post-race awards ceremony with food and drink. A portion of each race fee will be donated to the local Relay for Life chapter.
The Summer Sweat 5K is noted as the third race in the four-race Run the Valley series, which also includes the Mad Anthony Mud Run (February), Park to Park 1/2 Marathon (April), and Fall Foliage 10K (October).
