Logistics, awards, and extras
Packet pickup is scheduled for August 16 at Chalco Hills Rec Area, 8901 S 154th St, Omaha, NE 68138; race-day packet pickup is also available. Virtual participants receive a mailed packet that includes a shirt and finisher medal; virtual packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos.
The 5k, 10k, and 15k events include chip timing, live results, and age group awards. Awards list overall and masters winners plus top three male and female in standard age divisions from 10 & under through 80+. Kid’s Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards.
Additional on-course and on-site features noted by the organizer include free photos, event shirts and medals, a Kona Ice offering at the finish, vendors, and an optional Beach Party Challenge that requires carrying items from water stations to earn a challenge pin.
