Summer Sizzler takes place on 08/22/2026 at Southeast Metro Park in Del Valle, Texas. The event offers in-person distances, a volunteer-then-run option, and a virtual race option that allows participants to run anywhere and still receive event swag.

Race services and included items: chip-timing with live results, awards, free photos, designer shirts and custom finisher medals for 5K/10K/15K, and a designer shirt plus finisher medal for the 1 Mile. The Kid's Dash includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a child-specific medal. Finish-line offerings include treats and Kona Ice.

Additional options and pricing notes: a volunteer-then-run option asks volunteers to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup to assist and then run any distance. Youth pricing applies to the 5K and 10K for ages 12 and under at $17. Team registration includes refunds: once a team reaches four registered members, each member receives a $5 refund; when a team reaches ten members, an additional $5 refund is issued for a total of $10.
