Summer Scramble 5K/10K
The Summer Scramble 5K/10K is a midsummer running event taking place in Warrensburg, Missouri. Organised by Chasing Happiness Race Co., the race provides participants with an opportunity to engage in outdoor activity during the summer season. The event features two distinct distances for participants to choose from:
- 5 km running race
- 10 km running race
The course is situated at the UCM Soccer Stadium on DD Highway. From the stadium area, the route transitions onto the Spirit Trail. This path is a fully paved surface intended for both running and walking. Because the trail is paved, it offers a smooth terrain suitable for various types of participants, including those completing training runs or individuals looking for an accessible course.
Participants who complete their chosen distance receive specific event items. These include a finisher medal and an event t-shirt. The race is open to a range of participants, including families and those who prefer walking rather than running.
