Suffolk County 5K For Life Run/Walk
The Suffolk County 5K For Life Run/Walk takes place on October 3, 2026 at Heckscher State Park in East Islip, NY. The event is organized as a 5-kilometer run/walk on a USATF certified course at Heckscher Field 1.

Event services include live online, email, and text results; free finish line photos and same-day finish line pictures; and a bib pickup process managed by event staff.
