NVRC Arts Fest road races at Penn State University Park
This event takes place on July 12, 2026, at the Penn State University Campus in University Park, PA. It is part of the NVRC Arts Festival and includes organized road races and kids races during the festival.

Registration details list entry fees of $25 for the 5K and $35 for the 10K. Registration opens in early April and closes in July. Kids race sign up is listed as coming soon.
