Suds & Soles 5K in Rockville

Suds & Soles 5K is an evening running event held in Rockville Town Center. The race is presented through a partnership of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club and the City of Rockville. The 5K is followed by a post race party that includes pizza, live music and beer tastings from several Montgomery County craft breweries. Adults can sample beverages and other post-race refreshments.

Proceeds from Suds & Soles support the Rockville Recreation and Parks Foundation, Youth and Beginning Running Programs of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club, and other charitable needs in the community.
