Event Overview

The Suds & Soles 5K is an evening running event held at Rockville Town Center. The event is presented through a partnership between the Montgomery County Road Runners Club and the City of Rockville.

Event Features

The main event is a USATF-certified 5K course that begins and ends in Rockville Town Center. The route runs through downtown Rockville and neighborhood roads. A post-race party includes pizza, live music, and for adults (21 and over), beverage tastings from local Montgomery County craft breweries.

A Kids' Fun Run of approximately a quarter mile is also offered for participants aged 9 and under.
