Suds & Soles 5K
Suds & Soles 5K is scheduled for June 13, 2026, at Rockville Town Center in Rockville, Maryland. The event is presented by the Montgomery County Road Runners Club in partnership with the City of Rockville.
The program includes multiple race categories and entry types:
- 5K adult categories (21 and over); invited, team-only, and regular entries
- 5K youth category (under 21)
- 0.5 mile kids fun run (ages 9 and under)
The 5K course is USATF certified, begins and ends in Rockville Town Center, and runs through downtown Rockville and nearby neighborhood roads. Participants who maintain a pace slower than 20 minutes per mile may be directed to the sidewalk and must follow normal pedestrian rules from that point.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Rockville Recreation and Parks Foundation, the Youth and Beginning Running Programs of MCRRC, and other charitable needs of the community.
Adult registration uses tiered pricing. Published tiers range from $37 up to $59.50; online processing fees may be added. Event-specific fees listed by the organizer include youth registration at $25 and a kids fun run fee of $5; some adult entry categories are restricted or have different fee terms.
