Riverbend 5k & 10k
The event offers chip timed 5k and 10k races on the trails of Riverbend Park in Great Falls, VA (8700 Potomac Hills St). The 5k is an out and back trail course with some challenging hills. The 10k consists of two laps of the 5k route.

Points from the races count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k, and Back of the Pack series and also toward the Fall Series. A virtual run option is available for participants who cannot attend on site.
Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (Drifit) event shirt, and chip timing. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for runners registered before November 23; extra shirts will be available afterward on a first come first served basis. Registration fees listed for the event include 5k and 10k tiers with price increases after November 15 and an additional race morning increase.
Water stations and aid information: five water stations on the 10k course at approximate mile markers 0.85, 2.25, 3.1, 3.95 and 5.35; two stations on the 5k at approximately 0.85 and 2.25. Gatorade will be available at some stations. Restrooms are located near the visitor center.
Results are posted live and final results with series points are published after the race. Awards recognize overall top three men and women and first and second in multiple age categories. The race benefits Warriors Ethos. Volunteers are assigned tasks on race morning and packet pickup is available at the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
