Event details
The Sudbury Road Race takes place on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in Sudbury, MA. The event includes two race options:
- 1-Mile Fun Run (all ages welcome)
- 5K Race
Both races start and finish at Ephraim Curtis Middle School, 22 Pratts Mill Road, Sudbury, MA 01776. Check-in and bib pick-up are provided on the day of the event. The event serves as a fundraiser for the Sudbury Historical Society and its Sudbury History Center and Museum.
Course, fees and prizes
The 5K follows neighborhood roads around the school and returns to the school parking lot; it is an open-road course and participants are advised to use sidewalks whenever possible. The 1-mile course uses local roads with a designated turnaround near Scotts Wood Drive and returns to the school parking lot; this course is also open-road.
Early-bird pricing (September 8 through October 15, 2025): 1-Mile Fun Run $15, 5K $25. Regular pricing (October 16 through November 10, 2025): both races $30. Same-day pricing (November 11, 2025): both races $35. The first 75 registrants receive a Sudbury Road Race t-shirt. All participants receive an "I Ran the Sudbury Road Race" sticker. Top-three finishers in the 5K will receive recognition and medals for men and women. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
