34th Annual Hopkinton Against the Tide
The 34th Annual Hopkinton Against the Tide takes place on June 20, 2026 at Hopkinton State Park, Cedar Street, Hopkinton, MA. The event is a multi-sport fundraiser for the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition. Funds support MBCC programs including Let’s Talk Prevention: Reducing Toxic Exposures, the MBCC Webinar Series, and the student program Let’s Talk Prevention: Actions You Can Take. MBCC fundraising shows $6,664.18 raised toward a $10,000 goal.
Events include multiple swim, run, and walk options:
- 1 mile USMS-sanctioned swim
- 1 mile competitive swim
- 1 mile recreational swim
- ½ mile recreational swim
- 5K USATF-certified run MA23007BK
- 10K USATF-certified run MA23006BK
- 3 miles fitness walk
Registration fees for the listed events are shown as $40.00. Refunds are not allowed. Participation of minors under 18 requires parent or guardian authorization and a signed Release and Indemnity Agreement. Bibs are available at on-site registration the morning of the event. Wetsuits are permitted. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the beach except service animals. Participants may create or join teams during registration; new teams cannot be created after registration is complete. Transfers between sub-events are possible and carry a $1.95 processing fee.
