34th Annual Hopkinton Against the Tide
The 34th Annual Hopkinton Against the Tide is a family friendly, multi sport event held at Hopkinton State Park in Hopkinton, Massachusetts on June 20, 2026. The event raises funds for the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition (MBCC) to support community education, webinar series, and a student environmental health program focused on prevention and reducing toxic exposures.
Events listed include swims, certified runs, and a fitness walk. Wetsuits are permitted for swim events. Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the beach, with the exception of service animals. Refunds are not allowed. Participation of minors under 18 must be authorized by a parent or guardian and requires a signed Release and Indemnity Agreement. Bibs are available only at registration on the morning of the event; there is no early bib pickup.
Online registration closes the evening before the event; walk-in registration is available the morning of the event at the registration tent. Participants can create or join a team during registration, but new teams cannot be created after registration is complete. Where pricing applies, listed event fees are $40.
