Stuart Learmouth Wirksworth Undulator Fell Race

The Stuart Learmouth Undulator Fell Race, organized by Wirksworth Running Club, is a classic 13.7 km (8.5 miles) fell race in the Peak District featuring 457 meters (1500 feet) of ascent. Starting in Stoney Wood near Wirksworth, the challenging course combines steep climbs, rocky sections, trails, lanes, and road segments, showcasing reclaimed quarry land, historic railway sites, wind turbines, and scenic views of Carsington Water. The route includes varied terrain with both uphill and downhill stretches, finishing back near the start.
