The Baslow Bolt

The Baslow Bolt is a 12km fell race set in the scenic Peak District, featuring a challenging course with 400m of ascent. Inaugurated in 2019, this event revives the historic Baslow fell race and is designed for runners of all experience levels, with well-marked and marshalled routes. The race takes participants through beautiful woodlands and along ridge paths, culminating in stunning views of the surrounding peaks.

All proceeds support local community initiatives, including Baslow St Anne’s Primary School and various charities. Registration is capped at 400 participants, and the event is governed by the Fell Running Association's regulations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
