Stronger Than 1 Family Fun Mile and 5K

The event takes place on September 26, 2026 in Owensboro, Kentucky at 1006 Ford Ave. It comprises two distances:

5K
1 mile (Family Fun Mile)

Registration opens April 24, 2026 and closes September 1, 2026. Early registration fees are $30 for the 5K and $20 for the Family Fun Mile; fees increase to $40 and $30 respectively after September 1. There is no race day registration for either distance.

Both entries include a long-sleeve dry fit race shirt. The 5K awards prizes to top overall finishers and medals in multiple age categories. The Family Fun Mile is a one mile square course that is not timed and has no awards.

Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026 from 11am to 1pm and again from 4pm to 6pm. All proceeds support local diabetes programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
