Stronger Families Safer Kids 5K
The 8th annual Stronger Families Safer Kids 5K is organized by The Partnership For Safe Families and Communities of Ventura County, the designated Child Abuse Prevention Council. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 'olol'koy Beach Park, 1601 S Harbor Blvd, Oxnard, CA.
The 5K is a timed run and walk, with event timing provided by Race Fox Race Management. Participants follow a beachside path; route maps are available. Medals are awarded to first, second, and third place finishers in male and female categories.
The event also features a community fair with resource and vendor tables, booths, snacks, drawings, and prizes taking place after the 5K.
