Ohana Picnic & Walk for Life
Ohana Picnic & Walk for Life is a community fundraising event organized by Ohana Health. The event combines a family picnic with a run and walk to support the clinic’s free services for people facing unplanned pregnancy. The clinic is a community health center licensed by the California Department of Public Health that provides early pregnancy confirmation, ultrasounds, education, resources and help navigating options. Ohana Health is a faith-based non-profit and states its services are always free.
The activity options include both a timed 5K and a shorter family route. Participants may join as individual walkers or runners, or form fundraising teams to support the clinic’s programs. Registration categories in 2026 included Attendee and Fundraiser (free), Family Route ($25) and 5K ($25); registered 5K participants received a shirt and a timer/bib.
Event amenities and activity highlights include a coffee bar, brunch, a picnic area and vendor booths. Prizes are awarded for overall top finishers by age and gender, team spirit, and for top fundraising teams and individuals.
