STRIDE 5k/10k Run Walk - Minto-Brown Island Park

The STRIDE 5k/10k Run Walk takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Salem, Oregon. This event is part of a monthly series held from May through September in various parks throughout the city. The September event is hosted at Minto-Brown Island Park, located at 2200 Minto Island Road SE.

The course is set on hard trail surfaces within the park. This event is open to both runners and walkers. Participants may bring strollers and dogs, provided the dogs remain on a leash at all times.

Participants can choose between two distances:

10 km

Race bibs are distributed on the day of the event. For the Minto-Brown Island Park location, the pick-up point is situated at the picnic shelter near parking lot 3.
