Oktoberfest 10k Run and 5k Run/Walk
The event offers two race distances and takes place at Kennedy High School in Mount Angel, Oregon. The start and finish are on the Kennedy High School track and the course goes through the hamlet of Mount Angel. Course surfaces include pavement and gravel. The route is mostly flat with a couple of hills. The 10 km course will be new this year.

Registration fees increase over time. Examples of published fee tiers:
- 5 km: $30 early, $35 later, $45 day of
- 10 km: $35 early, $40 later, $50 day of
Online and day-of registration are offered. There are no refunds; entries may be transferred to next year for the same distance. Packet pick-up is on race day at the Kennedy High School track starting at 7:00 AM. Day-of registration hours are 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM. To guarantee a race shirt, register and purchase a shirt before September 1; extra shirts may be available on race day while supplies last.
Strollers are allowed but should line up at the back. Dogs are not permitted in the races. 10 km runners must maintain at least a 15:00 per mile pace; the course will officially close to allow volunteers to attend Oktoberfest activities.
