Event Schedule and Details
The event happens on Sunday, September 13, 2026. The schedule includes a kids race after the main events. Dogs and strollers are not allowed on the course. All race courses are set to end by 12:30 PM. A half marathon time limit of 4 hours and 30 minutes is suggested.
Included Amenities and Awards
Registration includes an official race shirt and a special finisher medal. A post-race finisher party features live music and local beverages, including a complimentary 5-ounce wine pour or a 12-ounce craft beer or cider for participants aged 21 and over. Awards are given for overall winners, masters winners (age 40+), and age group winners across all race distances. A team competition is also available.
Participant Services
Packet pickup is available on Friday and Saturday before the race at two locations: Willamette Valley Vineyards Salem Hills Tasting Room and Gallagher Fitness Resources. Complimentary seasonal wine flights are offered for participants aged 21+ at the Friday pickup. Morning packet pickup, coffee, water, bananas, and gear check are provided on race day. Aid stations with water, electrolyte drinks, and energy chews are available on all courses.
Post-Race Activities
After the event, there is music, awards, and food available for purchase from local food trucks. Participants are encouraged to use street parking or downtown parking garages in Salem. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
