Race entry includes an official race shirt and a finisher medal. The event features a post-race area with live music, awards, and beverage options including wine, craft beer and cider for attendees age 21 and over. Overall awards are given to the top three male and female finishers, with masters awards for ages 40 and older and age group awards for standard age categories. A team competition will tabulate team results and award top male and female teams for each distance.
Course rules and support are provided: dogs and strollers are not allowed on the course. Aid stations are placed along each course and provide water and electrolyte drinks, with several stations also offering energy chews or gels and portable toilets. Packet pickup is scheduled across multiple days at Willamette Valley Vineyards Salem Hills Tasting Room, Gallagher Fitness Resources, and Riverfront Park.
