Event
The Rock'in Santa Half Marathon & Sunshine Santa 5K takes place Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Victor Ashe Park, 4910 Bradshaw Road, Knoxville, TN 37912. Events benefit the Sunshine Ambassadors, an organization that works with people with disabilities through dance. Participants receive long sleeve event shirts (half marathon: ROCK'IN SANTA; 5K: SUNSHINE SANTA) and finishers receive custom medals. Shirt availability is not guaranteed after December 1.
- 5K - starts at the Pavilion, follows the Greenway, loops back to the Start/Finish.
- Half Marathon - Greenway course of 3 loops; 4 hour time limit.
- Half Marathon Relay - three runners; each completes one 4.37 mile loop.
Logistics and rules
Packet pickup is at the race site: Friday, Dec 12 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday, Dec 13 from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM. Events will be electronically chip timed with live results sent by text or email. Awards include overall top three male and female finishers, top male and female masters, and age-group awards across specified brackets; award winners must be present to receive awards. RaceJoy mobile app will be available for GPS progress alerts, live tracking, and send-a-cheer features. Bald Eagle Events has a no refund policy; insurance is offered during registration.
