Rock'in Santa Half Marathon & Sunshine Santa 5K
The event takes place on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at Victor Ashe Park in Knoxville, Tennessee. It includes three race options:
- Half Marathon
- Half Marathon Relay
- 5K
The events benefit the Sunshine Ambassadors organization, which supports people with disabilities through dance. Christmas rock and roll music is scheduled to play at the park and along the courses.
Registered participants in all events receive a custom long-sleeve t-shirt, with shirt sizes not guaranteed after December 5. Finishers of the half marathon and 5K also receive a medal. The event uses electronic chip timing with live results sent via text or email.
The course is on a greenway. The half marathon and relay route consists of three loops with a four-hour time limit. Police traffic control for the half marathon ends at 1 PM.
Packet pickup is available on Friday, December 11, from 4 PM to 6 PM at the race site, and continues on race day from 7 AM to 8:45 AM. Awards are given for overall and age group winners, but winners must be present at the ceremony. The event has a no-refund policy, though registration insurance is offered.
