Storm Warriors Boardwalk 5k Run/Walk
The Storm Warriors Boardwalk 5k Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Ocean City, Maryland. The event is based at the Ocean City Lifesaving Museum, 813 S. Atlantic Avenue, and takes place along the Ocean City Boardwalk.
The course is an out-and-back 5k on the boardwalk and will take place rain or shine. Awards are presented immediately after the race concludes.
Awards include overall first place for Male and Female and first and second place age-group awards in these groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
Day-of registration and pre-registration packet pickup are available. Parking for participants is provided in the inlet parking lot at no charge. Because the event is held on the boardwalk, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, and pets are not allowed on the course during the races. Baby joggers are permitted only on the 5k course. Anyone violating these rules will be removed from the course.
The event supports the Ocean City Lifesaving Station Museum and the Ocean City Museum Society, whose mission is to interpret and preserve the cultural and natural history of Ocean City and the Worcester County coastal region, including the historic 1891 station building.
