Stone Mountain Massacre
Stone Mountain Massacre is a trail running event in Roaring Gap, North Carolina on February 6, 2027, organized by Dirty Wolf Ultras. The event offers multiple distances and uses mountain trails that include rock, roots, and stairs.

- 25K Blood Path
- 8 Miler First Test
The 50K includes a themed Quest of the Six Stones. Each runner in the full quest receives a Protection Stone to carry and may collect Six Sacred Stones located at the aid stations. A handcrafted Blood Book is available for purchase to hold the stones and a finisher medal. Finishers receive a unique pottery medal made by BlueGill Pottery.
Course and support details describe a start near the Visitor Center, the Bypass Trail into the Stone Mountain Loop, a descent to Wolf Creek, a merge with the Mountain-to-Sea Trail, and an ascent of 300 stairs. Elevation gain is approximately 1,530 ft per loop. Trail markings are red ribbons and yellow arrows. Conditions may include ice, fog, and mud.
Five aid stations are listed, with two manned and three unmanned; each station holds a stone token. Food options include pickles, bacon, candy, cereal, and fruit. Drinks listed include water, Tailwind, and soda. First aid is provided at aid stations.
Event rules include no dogs or strollers, no refunds for weather, walkers may participate if they finish, trekking poles are allowed, and bibs must be worn on the front.
