Hog Run by the Yadkin River, Jonesville NC
The Hog Run is a community running event held on November 7, 2026 at the Jonesville Greenway in Jonesville, North Carolina. The course is an out-and-back route on the Jonesville Greenway Trail that runs alongside the Yadkin River.
The trail surface includes a mix of finely screened paths and natural surfaces. The route passes local campgrounds, native wildlife areas, and a covered bridge, reflecting features of the Yadkin Valley landscape.

Registration opens June 16, 2026 and closes November 6, 2026. The listed registration fees are $25.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. Participants who register by October 23 will receive a commemorative t-shirt.
Awards include medals for the top three overall finishers, the top three in each age group, and the top three masters in the men's and women's divisions. All proceeds from the event will benefit local families in Jonesville by helping to purchase Christmas ham dinners for families in need.
