Event overview
The Stockport '10' is a 10 mile road race organised by Stockport Harriers, scheduled for 14 December 2025 at Woodbank Hall, Woodbank Park (postcode SK1 4JR). The course starts on a track and goes out through the park onto roads and footpaths, with a couple of hills and a stadium finish. The organiser sets an entry limit of 1,000 runners and does not allow entries on the day. Age eligibility for the event is 18 to 94 on race day.

Entry, facilities and rules
Standard Stockport '10' entry is £25 plus a £1.50 administration charge; England Athletics members receive a £2 discount on validation. Entries close 12 December 2025. Included for Stockport '10' entrants: bespoke finisher medal, flapjacks and fruit, chip timing, downloadable race photos, bag drop, changing rooms with lockers and hot showers. The event offers prizes for the first ten individuals (male and female), first teams (male and female; three to count), age-group winners in five-year bands from 40, and prizes for new course records.
Race rules state that personal music devices (iPods, MP3 players or equivalents) are not permitted, and running with a dog or buggy is not allowed. All number transfers must be processed through the official entry system. The organiser’s cancellation policy offers a deferral to 2026 or a 90% refund of the entry cost (less the admin charge) if the race is cancelled due to reasons beyond organiser control.
