Stockport '10' takes place on Sunday 14 December 2025 at Woodbank Hall, Woodbank Park, Stockport (postcode SK1 4JR), United Kingdom. The race distance is 10 miles. The route starts on a track, goes through the park, and then onto road and footpaths. The course includes a couple of hills. The field is limited to 1,000 entries and there will be no entries on the day. Prizes are offered for the first ten individuals (male and female), first teams (male and female - three to count), age-group winners in five-year bands from 40 (male and female), and for new male and female course records.
Entry, facilities and policies
Standard entry costs £25.00 plus an admin charge of £1.50. England Athletics members receive a £2 discount on membership validation. Entry is for ages 18 to 94 on race day and entries close on 12 December 2025. Included with entry are a bespoke finisher medal, flapjacks and fruit, chip timing, free race photos to download, bag drop, and changing rooms with lockers and hot showers.
For safety and rules compliance, personal music players (iPods, MP3 players or equivalents) are not allowed; runners who contravene this rule will be disqualified. Running with a dog or a buggy is not permitted. Transfers must be processed through the official entry system; unauthorised swapping of numbers is not permitted.
If the race is cancelled for reasons beyond the organisers' control, entrants will be offered a deferral to the 2026 race or a 90% refund of the entry cost minus the admin charge. Personal data handling is managed by the event organiser; most personal data is retained up to three years, and financial transaction data is retained up to eight years.
