About the race
The STL Women’s Trail Summit is a weekend event organized by Terrain Trail Runners at Cuivre River State Park in Troy, Missouri. It runs from October 2 to October 4, 2026, and is presented as a community event for women only with a participant cap of 20. The schedule includes multiple educational sessions, outdoor clinics, experiential activities, and social opportunities. Participants share a weekend of camping, hiking, a night trail run or hike, and potluck style meals including dinner and breakfast.
While the event is described as a free community gathering, all costs associated with hosting the event such as campsite reservations and clinic fees will be split equally among attendees, and each participant is responsible for their own food and drinks. Food assignments and other weekend details will be communicated after registration closes on September 27, 2026. The summit is hosted by women, aims to provide instruction and experiential learning, and is open to a range of skill levels. The format emphasizes group-based clinics and social connection in an outdoor setting. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
