Steps 2 Stability - 5K

Steps 2 Stability is a 5K running race held at City Park in Copperas Cove, Texas. The event is part of the Cen-Tex Race Points Series. Registration opens February 17, 2026 and closes August 11, 2026; the entry fee is $25.00. T-shirts are available with pre-registrations through August 10, and there may be options to order shirts after August 25 by contacting the event organizer.

The course starts at the Copperas Cove Civic Center in City Park. The route proceeds onto West Avenue B, Courtney Lane, Dekort Circle, North 23rd Street, Fairbanks, then back onto Courtney Lane to a marked turnaround. Runners return via West Avenue B into City Park and finish at the Civic Center. All runners must follow this published course.

At the event there are two check-in stations: one for pre-registered runners and one for day-of registration. Entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable. Participants may not give or sell their race number to another person, and entries may not be transferred to the following year. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
