Event Overview
The Ugly Sweater 5K & 1 Mile Fun Walk takes place in Oakdale, Pennsylvania. The start and finish location is Helicon Brewing at 102 Union Ave. The event features two distances:

The 5K course is described as flat and follows an out-and-back route on the Panhandle Trail. The event offers participants free light-up Christmas beanies, an ugly sweater finisher medal, and a wooden ugly sweater ornament, while supplies last.
Awards and Timing
All finishers receive a medal. The top three male and female overall runners receive custom medals. Age group awards are given for first, second, and third place for both males and females across seven categories. The 5K is timed by a timing service, while the 1 Mile Fun Walk is not an officially timed event.
