Stayton Fun Run
The Stayton Fun Run is an annual July 4th community running event held at the Stayton Community Center in Stayton, Oregon. The event has been part of Stayton’s Independence Day celebration since 1983 and is held in conjunction with the town festival.
Race courses use both asphalt and cross-country surfaces. The event program includes these distances:

Awards and participant items noted by the organizers include ribbons for top male and female finishers in five-year age groups in the 5K and 10K races. The most patriotically dressed runner receives a patriotic Denali blanket valued at $130.
