Event details
The Cascade Half Marathon & 10K takes place on Sunday, January 18, 2026 in Turner, Oregon (10226 Marion Rd SE). The event includes the following races:
- Half Marathon
- Half Marathon - Early Start
- 10K Run
- 2 Mile Run
The course is flat and runs on country roads through farmland. Water stations and toilets are provided on course. Participation is limited to the first 1,000 registered runners across all races combined. Day-of registration is available; cash or check is preferred, with a credit card option.
Logistics, awards and services
Packet pickup is in the junior high school gym, which is adjacent to the start and finish. The gym will have space for participants and guests and a coffee cart provided by I-Jive. After the races, the school cafeteria will offer hot soup, coffee, and baked cookies. All Half Marathon and 10K finishers receive a medal at the finish. Awards are given to male and female overall and masters winners for the Half Marathon and 10K, plus three-deep age-group awards by 10-year categories; no awards are given for the 2-mile race. Early-start Half Marathon participants are not eligible for overall or age-group awards. Strollers are allowed on course; dogs are not allowed.
