The Star City Half Marathon & 10K in Roanoke, VA is scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2026. The event includes multiple distances and both in-person and virtual participation options.

Registration fees for in-person entries are tiered by date. Virtual entries are offered for the half marathon and 10K; virtual participants receive a finisher medal and participant packet in the mail but are not eligible for age-group or overall awards. To be guaranteed a shirt, registration is required by October 30; extra shirts and socks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Fleet Feet Roanoke and on race morning at River's Edge Park/Fields - North, off Reserve Avenue. Post-race food is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Course maps for the half marathon, 10K and kids run are published and were updated on November 3, 2025. The event serves as the third leg of the Roanoke Valley Triple Crown.
A food drive will collect canned and non-perishable items in partnership with the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank and Kroger at bib pickup. Participants must provide their own personal injury insurance.
