St. Stephen's Armenian Elementary School 5k Fundraiser
This annual 5K race in Watertown raises funds for St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School, a private bilingual school serving preschool through grade 5. The school was founded in 1986 and currently serves about 160 students from more than 15 zip codes in the Boston area. Its curriculum combines the arts, humanities, STEM, Armenian studies, and experiential learning.
The 5K course begins and ends on Artsakh Street in front of St. Stephen’s Armenian Apostolic Church and is officially timed by Second Wind Race Timing. Runners and walkers are both welcome. Family friendly entertainment will be provided following the race. Prizes are listed for the overall first place male and female finishers, top male and female runners by age group, and the fastest team.
Registration opens February 22, 2026 and closes April 21, 2026. The standard registration fee is $30. Day-of check-in and registration are available. Money raised from the event will support funding of school programs, and donations are accepted in addition to race registration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
