Shoreham Bank St. Pat's 5k
The Shoreham Bank St. Pat's 5k is a festive athletic event held in Providence, Rhode Island, at the RI Statehouse. This event invites participants to run or walk a 5 km course through the city. For younger participants, there is a dedicated children's event. A virtual participation option is also available for those who wish to complete the distance remotely and submit their results online.

This event serves as the second leg of the Tour de Patrick, a three-race series celebrating St. Patrick's Day across different cities in Rhode Island. The series begins with the Irish 5k in Pawtucket and concludes with the Shamrock Shuffle 5k in North Kingstown. Participants who complete all three races in the series receive a finisher's medal and a special gift.
The race environment is family oriented, and parents are permitted to run alongside their children in the youth race. For safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the course, and participants with strollers must start at the back of the group. Following the race, there is a gathering at Patrick’s Pub featuring live music and a parade. Individual awards are presented across various age categories, ranging from under 19 to 70 and over, alongside a team award for the top overall group.
