St. Pat's 5K - Providence, March 14, 2026
The St. Pat's 5K is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the RI Statehouse, 82 Smith Street, Providence, RI. The event on site includes a 5K run/walk, a kids race for children 12 and under, and a virtual 5K option. The kids event is approximately 1/4 mile and parents may run with their children. Walkers are allowed in the 5K; pets are not permitted and strollers must start at the back for safety. After the event, there is activity at Patrick’s Pub, 381 Smith Street, including live music and a Guinness team personalizing pints; a cash bar will be available and attendees should bring ID.

Registration, series and awards
Entry fees listed through December 31, 2025 are $33 for the 5K, $17 for the Kids Leprechaun Run, and $90 for the full three-race Tour de Patrick. Prices increase after December 31, 2025; walk-up registration fees for race weekend are listed as higher amounts and t-shirts are not guaranteed for walk-up registrants. Online race registration is noted to close at 8:00 p.m. on March 13, 2026.
The St. Pat's 5K is the second leg of the Tour de Patrick series, which includes races in Pawtucket and North Kingstown. Participants who complete all three races receive custom socks and a finisher medal to be collected at the Shamrock Shuffle. Individual awards are given by age groups and are scored on gun time. A team award is given to the top overall team based on chip times; online entry for teams only. No refunds are offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
